EN: US & CA, AU | Logistics Update for Remaining Shipments
Dear Backers,
While the vast majority of you are already playing and enjoying the game, we still have a small number of "missing" surveys. We want everyone who ordered the game on Kickstarter and supported us from the beginning to get their copy, but we’ve reached a point where the cost of local storage has become unsustainable.
Currently, we are paying hundreds of dollars in monthly fees for games sitting in warehouses in the US and Australia, waiting for surveys that haven't been filled out. To protect the project's health, we have to make the following changes:

Closing regional hubs: Effective immediately, we are closing our dedicated storage accounts in the United States and Australia.

Centralized fulfillment: All remaining orders for the US, Canada, and Australia will now be shipped directly from our main warehouse in Germany.

Shipping cost adjustments: Because international shipping from Germany is significantly more expensive than local hub delivery, shipping costs in BackerKit will be adjusted to reflect these new rates for anyone confirming their order from this point forward. International tariffs and taxes may apply.
We truly want everyone to get their copy, but we can no longer cover the high bills of maintaining multiple global hubs for the remaining unconfirmed orders.

während die große Mehrheit von euch das Spiel bereits spielt und genießt, fehlt uns noch immer eine kleine Anzahl an ausgefüllten Backer-Surveys. Wir möchten natürlich, dass jeder, der das Spiel auf Kickstarter bestellt und uns von Anfang an unterstützt hat, sein Exemplar auch erhält. Allerdings haben wir einen Punkt erreicht, an dem die Kosten für die lokale Lagerung in den USA und Australien nicht mehr tragbar sind.
Aktuell zahlen wir monatlich hunderte USD an Gebühren für Spiele, die in Lagern in den USA und Australien auf Backer-Umfragen warten, die bisher nicht ausgefüllt wurden. Um die wirtschaftliche Stabilität des Projekts zu schützen, müssen wir folgende Änderungen vornehmen:

Schließung regionaler Lager: Mit sofortiger Wirkung schließen wir unsere dedizierten Lagerkonten in den USA und Australien.

Zentraler Versand: Alle verbleibenden Bestellungen für die USA, Kanada und Australien werden ab sofort direkt aus unserem Hauptlager in Deutschland versendet.

Anpassung der Versandkosten: Da der internationale Versand aus Deutschland deutlich teurer ist als die Zustellung über lokale Lager, werden die Versandkosten in BackerKit für alle, die ihre Bestellung ab jetzt bestätigen, angepasst. Internationale Gebühren, Zölle und Steuern können anfallen.
Wir möchten wirklich, dass jeder sein Spiel bekommt, aber wir können die hohen Rechnungen für die Aufrechterhaltung mehrerer globaler Standorte für die verbleibenden unbestätigten Bestellungen nicht länger tragen.

we’ve got great news!
Last Friday, we personally visited our fulfillment warehouse in Leipzig, Germany (Fulfillment Europe GmbH) to inspect the delivery. We are so happy to say, the games look fantastic!
Everything arrived safely, the quality checks are done, and everything is ready to go.
🚚 Europe and ROW fulfillment is starting this week.
As soon as your parcel reaches the shipping center of our logistics partner, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email, so you’ll be able to follow your copy of MANKIND MADNESS on its way to you.

In the next few days, we’ll also upload our official rule video. It’s designed to help you understand the game even without reading the rulebook, perfect for a quick start at the table. We’re really excited to share it with you!

Alles ist vollständig angekommen, geprüft und bereit für den Versand.
🚚 Der Europa- und Rest-der-Welt-Versand startet diese Woche.
Sobald euer Paket das Versandzentrum unseres Versanddienstleisters erreicht, erhaltet ihr automatisch eine E-Mail mit eurer Trackingnummer. So könnt ihr den Weg eures Vor[ur]teile-Spiels verfolgen.

Dear Backers,
we’d like to share another update regarding the European shipment.
🇪🇺 Europe
Due to the recent snow storm in Hamburg, cargo transport in the region has been heavily disrupted over the past weeks, leading to significant congestion at the port. Unfortunately, this has also caused a delay in the delivery of our games to our warehouse.
According to the latest information, the games are now expected to arrive at our warehouse in Leipzig on January 29. We will personally travel to the warehouse to double-check everything once the delivery arrives.
As a result, EU fulfillment can start no earlier than the first week of February, which means that, depending on your region, you can expect delivery in the second to third week of February.

For our backers in the US and Australia: all games have been shipped, and most have already been delivered successfully. 🎉 We’d be thrilled to see you play #MankindMadness!

🇩🇪 📦 Europa-Versandupdate 📦

es gibt ein neues Update zur europäischen Lieferung.
🇪🇺 Europa
Aufgrund des Sturmtiefs "Elli" und dem damit verbundenen Schneesturm in Hamburg kam es in den vergangenen Wochen zu erheblichen Einschränkungen im Güterverkehr in der Region, was zu starken Staus im Hafen geführt hat. Leider hat sich dadurch auch die Anlieferung unserer Spiele an unser Lager verzögert.
Nach den neuesten Informationen sollen die Spiele nun am 29. Januar in unserem Lager in Leipzig eintreffen. Sobald die Lieferung angekommen ist, werden wir persönlich zum Lager fahren, um alles noch einmal zu prüfen.
Die EU-Auslieferung kann daher frühestens in der ersten Februarwoche starten. Das bedeutet, dass ihr, je nach Region, mit einer Zustellung in der zweiten bis dritten Februarwoche rechnen könnt.

Für unsere Backer in den USA und Australien: Alle Spiele wurden verschickt und die meisten sind bereits erfolgreich angekommen. 🎉

we’d like to share a quick shipping update with you:
🇦🇺 & 🇺🇸 Australia & North America (US, CA, MX)
All games for Australia and North America have now been shipped by our fulfillment partners. Some of them have already arrived, and the remaining ones should be delivered within the next 1-2 Weeks. Here are some behind the scenes pictures from Fulfillrite, our US-fulfillment partner:
🇪🇺 Europe (and ROW)
The European shipment successfully made it through the stormy North Sea and was reloaded onto a different vessel in Amsterdam over the past few days.

From there, the container will be transferred onto a train and delivered to our warehouse in Leipzig. If everything goes according to plan, we expect fulfillment to start in the last week of January or the first week of February.

hier ein kurzes Versand-Update für euch:
🇪🇺 Europa (und ROW)
Die europäische Lieferung hat die stürmische Nordsee soweit überstanden und wurde in den vergangenen Tagen in Amsterdam auf ein anderes Schiff umgeladen.
Laut aktuellem Plan soll das Schiff morgen, am 17. Januar, in Hamburg ankommen. Unter folgendem Link könnt ihr den aktuellen Standort des Schiffs verfolgen:
